    Set up your accounts once, then run three steps for every task. By the end you have a claimed task, access to its repo, and a golden-solve branch ready to commit to.
    Where the work happensIn GitHub, on your task repo. The Handshake AI Annotations Platform (HAI) is the system of record for claims and task status. You never mark anything done on HAI: marking your PR ready is the done signal.
    Pay per taskPay is per task and is released when the task is delivered. See Pay.

    Join Project Lever on HAI

    Open the email invitation, click View Project, create a Handshake account if needed, set up Stripe for payouts, and accept the Project Terms.

    Connect GitHub

    Complete GitHub Login on HAI. Task repo invitations are emailed to the address associated with this GitHub account, so make sure you can read that inbox.

    Pass the assessment

    It checks that you can read a codebase and write a task in the Lever shape. Read the Core Workflow and one Example first.

    Join Slack

    In the Handshake AI Fellowship workspace, bookmark #lever-tasking (questions) and #lever-announcements (updates from the project team).
